vjerk.com (“vjerk”, “we”, “us”) is a free website where adults watch short vertical clips. These terms apply to everyone who visits the site. If you also post clips, the Creator Terms apply to you as well. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use vjerk.

1. Adults only

vjerk contains sexually explicit material. You may only use it if you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, and if viewing adult content is legal where you are. By entering the site you confirm both.

In some countries and states the law requires us to verify your age before you enter. In those places we use AgeVerif, an independent age verification service. Some regions may be blocked entirely when local law does not allow us to operate there.

Do not let anyone under 18 use your device to access vjerk. Parents can block the site with parental control software: every page carries the RTA “Restricted To Adults” label.

2. What vjerk is

vjerk shows clips uploaded by verified creators and clips we publish from sources we are allowed to use. You can watch, like and share clips without an account. Creators link to their own pages on other platforms; those platforms are run by other companies and have their own terms. We are not responsible for what happens on them, including any purchase you make there.

The site is free. We may show advertising, and some links on the site are promotional links for which we may receive a commission.

3. How you may use the site

You may watch clips for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not:

  • download, copy, re-upload or redistribute clips, unless the creator has clearly allowed it;
  • scrape the site, or use bots or automated tools to collect clips or data;
  • inflate views, likes or clicks artificially;
  • try to get around the age verification, regional blocks or any security measure;
  • attack, overload or interfere with the site or its servers;
  • use vjerk to harass anyone, or to find or share personal information about the people in the clips.

We can block access for anyone who does any of the above.

4. Content on vjerk

Every creator who posts on vjerk has passed an age and identity check, and every clip they upload is reviewed by a person before it is published. All people appearing on vjerk were 18 years of age or older at the time of recording. Records are kept as described on our 18 U.S.C. 2257 page.

The clips belong to the creators who made them or to their rights holders. The vjerk name, logo and site design belong to us. Nothing in these terms gives you any rights over either, other than watching the clips on the site.

We do our best to keep illegal or unauthorised content off the site, but with content from many people we cannot check everything in advance with certainty. If you see something that should not be here, tell us (see section 6).

5. Zero tolerance

We do not allow any content involving minors, any content published without the consent of the people in it, or any content showing non-consensual acts. We remove it as soon as we learn about it, close the accounts involved and report child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to law enforcement.

6. Reporting content

If you appear in a clip without having agreed to it, if a clip uses your copyrighted work, or if you think a clip breaks the law or these terms, write to us at contact@vjerk.com with the link to the clip. For copyright claims, follow the steps on our DMCA page. We review reports within 48 hours, and much faster for anything involving a minor or a lack of consent.

7. Privacy

Visitors do not need an account, and we collect very little about them. The Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why.

8. No guarantees

We provide vjerk “as is”. We may change, pause or remove any feature or clip at any time, and the site may sometimes be unavailable. Clips express the views of the people who made them, not ours.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect loss or damage that results from using vjerk or the sites it links to. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer where you live.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. If you keep using vjerk after a change, the new version applies to you.
