18 U.S.C. § 2257 Record-Keeping Requirements Compliance Statement

All persons who appear in any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct on vjerk.com were 18 years of age or older at the time the depiction was created.

Content uploaded by creators

Most clips on vjerk are produced and uploaded by independent creators, who are the primary producers of that content. Before any of their clips can be published, each creator verifies their age and identity with a government-issued photo ID and a matching selfie. Creators confirm with every upload that everyone appearing was an adult at the time of recording and consented to it, and that they hold the age and consent records for every person in the clip.

For this content, vjerk acts as a host and does not produce or edit the depictions within the meaning of 18 U.S.C. § 2257(h)(2)(B)(v) and 47 U.S.C. § 230(c). We keep the identity verification of each uploading creator and can request records from creators at any time.

Content from third parties

Some clips are published from licensed sources. The records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 for that content are kept by the original producers.
